Responsibilities
Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Work with sellers to promote properties and attract advantageous offers
Display and market real estate to potential buyers
Maintain up-to-date listings of available properties
Requirements

Proven track record in sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Pleasant and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
