Responsibilities:
Market listings and promote properties to potential buyers
Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
Collaborate with other professionals, such as contractors and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions
Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
Manage and maintain a list of properties for sale
Requirements

Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and sales abilities
Customer service-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
