As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for marketing listings, providing guidance to buyers and sellers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their real estate needs
Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers
Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating offers and closing deals
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Proven track record of sales or customer service experience is a plus
Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with technology and proficiency in MS Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
