Responsibilities
Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Showcase and market real property to potential buyers
Provide guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
Collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, home inspectors, and attorneys
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Proven track record of successful sales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Friendly and trustworthy personality
Proficiency in MS Office
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be 18+
