Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial abilities to provide tailored solutions
Market and promote properties using various strategies and tools
Negotiate and mediate between buyers and sellers to ensure a fair and honest transaction
Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
