Responsibilities
Showcasing and marketing properties to potential buyers
Guiding sellers on effective strategies to promote their properties and attract favorable offers
Assisting buyers in finding their dream homes and negotiating the best terms for them
Staying informed and knowledgeable about the real estate market trends and best practices
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Proven track record of successful sales and customer satisfaction
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
