About This Role
TaskForce seeks a process-minded and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for its cultural strategies to mobilize voters in the 2024 election. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting TaskForce’s Founder and Chief Cultural Officer (CCO) in the execution of this program and will lead on invoicing, project management, file management, artist research, and more. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and production experience are important in this role.
The Executive Assistant will be a part of a 15+ person 2024 cultural engagement team. This hybrid position is based in TaskForce’s office in Tarrytown, NY for a minimum of 3 days per week. Some travel is necessary.
Term of Contract
This is a short term contract beginning June 1st and ending Nov 30th.
Salary and Compensation
$(phone number removed) annually (compensation is prorated for contract term), commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the CCO to support all aspects of their daily work routine
Keep a pulse on all facets of the company and gather/prioritize information that is critical for the CCO to function optimally
Manage the CCO’s calendar, and schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for meetings and conferences
Update and maintain CRM database, communicating next steps to drive relationships cultivation
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Create agendas and record meeting minutes as needed
About You
Exceptionally detail-oriented
Proactive and excellent communicator
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Extensive familiarity with digital content and Internet culture
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Invested in TaskForce’s vision and mission for positive change through arts and culture
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordingly
Deep commitment to progressive values and electoral engagement
Requirements
3-5 years experience executive support
