Join our team as an Accounting Clerk, where you'll be an integral part of our finance department, supporting day-to-day accounting operations. With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll ensure accurate financial record-keeping, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Review invoices for appropriate information and backup, verify correct coding, and process payment
Perform invoice and general ledger data entry daily
Prepare and execute weekly AP check runs
Ensure collection and filing of proper vendor documentation
Data entry into expense reimbursement system as needed
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliations
Assist staff accountant and Assistant Director of Finance as needed
