$21/Hour, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits, Hybrid Flexibility
Our client helps businesses follow labor laws with expert solutions, and they want you to join their team as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk!
Your day-to-day as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk:
Handle invoices and maintain the accounts payable ledger
Record cash collections and reconcile daily receipts with bank statements
Create and verify customer invoices and record payments
Liaise with suppliers and provide financial reports to the accounting team
Respond to information requests and assist with departmental projects and tasks
Your skills and experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, or Netsuite
Expertise in cash management and cash flow optimization
Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
