Pure Ground Ingredients, a Certified B Corporation, is seeking to hire a Sales Operations Admin Support representative to assist our sales and operations team. This role is on-site at our plant located between Carson City and Minden, NV.
The individual must be comfortable:
Managing sales orders and ensuring timely shipments
Tracking inventory levels
Assisting with customer inquiries and issues
Maintaining accurate customer records
Assisting with sales events and communication
Collaborating with other departments, such as production, accounting and operations
Updating sales and inventory records to ensure accurate data at all times
Requirements
Superior communication skills (internal and external)
Outstanding stamina for initiating and perpetuating communications via e-mail, phone, and direct mail.
High functioning in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on:
-Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams-
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems and approaches.
Someone that values, and takes a disciplined approach to,Process.
A self-starter able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
Prior experience with an ERP/CRM strongly preferred (NetSuite a plus)
Coachability, you must be willing to learn new things and ways of doing things.
Highly organized
Must be comfortable picking up the phone and calling clients
Must be able to quickly develop knowledge of product offerings and ensure that existing customers understand the breadth of the Pure Ground portfolio
