We are looking for a candidate who loves admin work and knows how to recruit Independent Contractors.
Recruits sufficient Independent Contractors to service City Wide’s janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts.
Assists in IC recruiting activities – online postings, e-mail advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractors candidates.
Conducts the initial vetting/screening of all prospective Independent Contractors – in office, at career fairs or remote locations.
Participates in the Contractor Committee, by scheduling events, following up on tasks and communication of actions to the operations team.
Assists in the coordination monthly IC pay day events with the Operations team.Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bilingual Required (English/Spanish)
High School Diploma
Prior office administrative experience and/or recruiting, or similar experience, highly desired
A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus
Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit
High school diploma required
