Responsibilities
Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Assist sellers in promoting their properties effectively to attract favorable offers
Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be 18 years old or above
