Our clients company specializes in offering a range of personal, commercial, and group benefits lines of insurance. Currently, they are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Personal Lines Account Manager.
This role involves various responsibilities related to managing personal lines business, facilitating policy reviews, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities Report to Wenatchee when required, within an hour of Wenatchee
Cross-sell commercial and personal lines business
Grow the book of business through inbound leads, calls, referrals, and cross-sells
Write and manage personal lines business, conduct policy reviews, and make policy changes
Re-market accounts, negotiate with carriers, process endorsements and certificates
Assist with ID cards, customer service, claims, and bind coverages
Qualifications Prefer candidates with independent agency experience, open to captive agents
Candidates in Wenatchee are preferred for this in-office role
Experience with carriers like Safeco, Progressive, Nationwide, Kemper, and Mutual of Enumclaw is beneficial
