As the Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in fostering client partnerships, delivering premium solutions, and driving the business forward through growth initiatives.

The Personal Lines Account Manager Will:
Assist clients in the claims process and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Conduct periodic client reviews to assess their evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
Frequently arrange and attend meetings with clients and insurance carrier representatives,often accompanied by a supervisor but sole attendance is also required at times.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Your Personal Lines Account Manager Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of Insurance experience
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Personal Lines experience preferred.
Property &
Casualty (P&
C)Licensed
Must be located in PST, MDT or CST timezone
California Fire &
Casualty License
Experience using AMS360, Epic or similar system
