Job Description
The Key Account Manager focuses on the retention, growth and development of all assigned accounts across all sectors of the LGC Assure business unit. They will conduct and detail on-going account planning, understand customers’ needs, and effectively implement strategic activities for assigned accounts. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will build strong and long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts within the LGC Assure sectors and act as the central point of contact for customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. The Strategic Account Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts and to become a trusted resource to their assigned account contacts fostering opportunities for expansion.
