Global Life Science Hub is partnered with a highly innovative biotechnology company specializing in groundbreaking gene editing and stem cell technologies. They provide innovative solutions to drive advancements in complex scientific research and therapeutic development, with an aim to significantly impact the healthcare industry.
Due to growth volumes, we seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to spearhead their marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance the market presence and establish a compelling brand identity. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for marketing and a knack for inspiring creativity and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesto create awareness of the company’s business activities.
Supervise the marketing department, providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
Produce ideas for promotional events or activitiesand organize them efficiently.
Plan and execute campaignsfor corporate promotion, product launches, and more.
Monitor progressand submit performance reports.
Responsible forproducing valuable contentfor the company’s online presence, editorial design, and publications.
Conduct general market researchto stay abreast of trends and competitor movements.
Control budgetsand allocate resources among projects.
Build strategic partnershipswith external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar leadership role.
Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or related fields.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is highly desirable.
Strong track record of managing and mentoring a marketing team.
