Digital Consultant

Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a motivated, highly talented individual for aDigital Consultant to be based out of our Baltimore, MD office. The appropriately qualified applicant will support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure alignment of digital strategies with organizational objectives.
Coordinate digital projects and teams, including proof of concept (POC) development.
Ensure adherence to digital standards and processes throughout project lifecycles.
Foster collaboration and coordination among interdisciplinary teams.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation efforts.
Support with evaluation and selection of appropriate digital tools and technologies for project needs.
Support with compilation and development of digital standards, execution plans, and other relevant documentation.
Support with assessment of existing data architecture and system functionality for optimization.
Conduct workshops and engagements to gather and understand client requirements.
Support with developing digital strategies, frameworks, and change management plans.
Monitor POC executions for alignment with strategy and standards.
Support with development and implementation of the Common Data Environment (CDE) framework.
Assists on other digital and IT activities that assigned.
