Job Description
We are seeking aMid-Level Digital Systems Consultant acting in a System Owner and Vendor Management Roleto join our growing team supporting a complex software platform with the electronic health and wellbeing (EHW) organization of a Fortune 50 company.
In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of a core business application delivering EHW services to the business. As a power user of the platform, a primary resource understanding the policies governing how the application is used within the global workforce, as well as point liaison with the software vendor providing the application, you’ll work with customer leadership to define and drive application usage and change. The role will also provide an opportunity to coordinate activity and work effort, through Agile methodologies, of a larger team providing support of EHW services to the business.
An ideal candidate for this role will have experience in understanding how to engage within a large enterprise environment to find the right contacts for different initiatives, be proactive in driving key changes or issue resolution forward across a delegated team, and have digital systems transformation experience in collaborating with customer leadership to drive best practice for managing critical business systems.
This position is a hybrid position and will be aW-2 hourly 6-monthcontract with possible extension.
The hourly rate is$60/hr. – $65/hr.Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison and driver between client and vendor platform.
Coordinate and collaborate with client business product owners.
Manage and drive regularly scheduled status meetings between client and vendor teams.
Develop and manage a standard approach to supplier management.
Coordinate the intake and resolution of support requests using Agile methodologies and Jira-based tracking.
Drive resolution of product issues, including delegation and follow-up with various customer resources.
Maintain a register of required product enhancements, bug fixes and other corrections needed.
Manage vendor accountability for delivery and development timelines.
Manage client expectations re:
vendor product roadmap and collaborate on gaps.
Coordinate version upgrade activity.
Create and validate reports.
Manage monthly communicate requests from product owners.
Assist in driving client campaigns, including issue escalation and reporting.
Maintain and publish overall implementation schedules, identifying major dependencies, risks and milestones.
Create and maintain presentations, documents, spreadsheets as required throughout the engagement.
Up to 20% travel and on-site work in New Brunswick, NJ.
