Job Description
Under the supervision of the Manager of Community Schools Initiatives, the Administrative Analyst conducts important, public, analytical work that has a substantive impact on schools through grants and contracts. This position’s work will include, but is not limited to, participating in and helping to manage robust voting and grant selection processes, meeting preparation, follow-up and notetaking. This position will also process and manage MOU’s;
participate in comprehensive process analyses, evaluation, and reporting.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direction of the Manager of Community Schools Initiatives, the Administrative Analyst will:
Provide administrative support to the Manager of Community Schools Initiatives and assist in performing difficult and detailed professional-level analysis, procedural, organizational and operational support.
Manage the Manager of Community Schools Initiatives’ daily schedule and negotiate scheduling with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Screen and direct requests within the division and utilize an array of tools to manage organization of files and logistics;
take notes;
prepare and format reports;
and plans, tracks, and reports on status of current upcoming projects.
Support the Student Success Fund Advisory Council, as well as other community schools’ policy bodies. This includes supporting committee members, public attendees, stakeholders, etc. Also providing meeting preparation and day-of-meeting support such as sending out reminders, greeting the public, note taking, technical assistance, and ensuring accessibility both virtually and/or in person.
Provide routine research and evaluation, document development, and summary reports.
