What You Will Do.
Position will guide and implement the data collection and methodologies that support the Student Success Fund (SSF). Oversee the data deliverables for the SSF that are designed to improve opportunities for academic and mental health wellness for the students and families of the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD). Work closely with SFUSD and partners to support analysis of the grants and support DCYF Research Evaluation and Development Team to help meet SSF evaluation deliverables. Provide dynamic thought partnership to the Manager of Community Schools Initiatives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general direction of the Manager of Community Schools Initiatives, the Senior Administrative Analyst will:
Directs and performs difficult, and complexdata analytical support to SSF partners (such as SFUSD) and the DCYF Research, Evaluation and Development team with SSF evaluation deliverables.
Coordinates management tasks, including but not limited to proposal development, budget management, deliverables and reporting requirements, document management, grant compliance, audit oversight, and sustainability planning. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, programs, procedures, and practices, including Federal laws and regulations, as well as departmental policies, programs, procedures, and practices;
and funder’s grant terms and conditions.
Develops trainings and workshops, and provides data collection technical assistance, and advises on the SSF program evaluation.
