Ux Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate is a blend of analytical and creative prowess, adept at understanding user requirements and adeptly solving design challenges.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement and iterate on designs.
Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand and enhance the overall user experience.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze usability test results and adjust designs accordingly.
Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to demonstrate and test design concepts.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in UX design.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in design, or related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years as a UX designer.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of front-end development and its impact on design decisions.
Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
