Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at blockit, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our healthcare software products. Being a member of the product management team, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design intuitive, efficient, and impactful digital solutions for our healthcare clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for blockit's platform, from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing within healthcare contexts to understand the needs, challenges, and workflows of healthcare professionals and patients.
Translate complex healthcare processes into clear, user-friendly design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Work closely with the VP of Engineering, product managers, and engineers to implement UI/UX designs that align with technical constraints and project timelines.
Evaluate and iterate on the product design based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
Uphold and evolve blockit’s design standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and interfaces.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in UI/UX design, particularly those relevant to healthcare technology.
