Pool Troopers is searching for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Pool Technician Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the training programs for Pool Technicians, ensuring that all training sessions are scheduled, conducted, and evaluated effectively.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs and schedules for Pool Technician
Managing the Digital Learning Process (Assigning learning videos and tests)
Coordinate and schedule training sessions
Gather completed training logs
Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance to trainees
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are up-to-date and effective
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Maintain documentation and records of training activities and trainee progress
Requirements
2-5 yrs training coordination or related exp
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of pool maintenance and repair is a plus
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
Some college
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
