TRAINING COORDINATOR
Job Summary:

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for TRAINING COORDINATOR in BRIDGEPORT, WV
Responsibilities:

As a Training Coordinator, you will:

* Adhere to General Work Requirements
* Input and oversee management of employee training data.
* Develop custom training reports as requested.
* Facilitate training sessions.
* Establish schedule of courses to be conducted.
* Work with customers to develop schedule for training.
* Manage training room schedules.
* Maintain and troubleshoot classroom equipment.
* Oversee employee orientation activities.
* Monitor facility issues, order supplies, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
* Act as liaison for outside training groups as necessary.
* Input and oversee management of employee training data. Qualifications, Experience &
Requirements:

* 0-3 years related work experience in informal instruction.
* Technical or Vocational Training in office administration or related field.
* Ability to interact with Customer Representatives to successfully resolve any outstanding issues or concerns.
* Working knowledge in a variety of computer software programs, (Teams or Virtual Meeting Platforms, PowerPoint, MS Word,) in order to develop, revise and deliver training material and presentations.
* Typically, a minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to a business unit.
* Records management experience.
* Typically, a minimum of 1 year training coordination and/or scheduling coordination.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Criminal Background Check &
Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory. Job Type:
