Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to our clients. Responsibilities:
Utilize your knowledge and understanding of flow through taxation, partnerships, and s-corporations
Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to our clients
Review work papers prepared by staff, recommend changes, and implement additional documentation as required by applicable tax law and firm policy
Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates to ensure the completion of tax engagements in an efficient and timely manner
Participate in business development activities to expand our client base, including attending networking events, industry meetings, and thought leadership and speaking engagements
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
Active CPA or EA license preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Willingness to travel locally on a limited basis, as needed
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States
