Responsibilities:
Postingall open positions on approved recruitment platforms
Reviewingapplications and resumes and conducting pre-screening interviews
Maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview datain the Applicant Tracking System
Schedulingand coordinatinginterviews with hiring managers
Performing reference checks for potential employees
Collecting and submitting background screening paperwork
Attending career fairs to promote recruitment initiatives
Schedulingand coordinatingnew hire dates with the appropriate parties involved
Confirmingoffers of employment, sending out confirmations and collecting required documentation andall HR related new hire paperwork
