Systems Analyst

Job Description
As a Systems Analystyou'll play a key role in optimizing operations across systems management, business analytics, client onboarding/off-boarding, and IT support. You'll oversee critical business systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. Collaborating with leadership, you'll drive strategic reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring data integrity and facilitating client onboarding/off-boarding processes. Your role extends to serving as the internal IT point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and proactive support. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Systems
Manage and monitor assigned company systems, including but not limited to Karbon, Cognito, Ignition, and Defender;
Evaluate future systems, and fit with existing infrastructure
Identify opportunities for further integration and more efficient use of existing systems
Manage user access to internal systems (Outlook, Karbon, Adobe, QBO, Axcess, SurePrep, etc…)
Business Analytics
Work with firm leadership to develop firm reporting and analytics, including selection and implementation of tools required to achieve objectives
Participate in process to identify best way to source data for analysis
Insure data integrity between systems
Management of monthly internal reporting process (once established)
Client Onboarding / Off-boarding
Initiate client onboarding process upon proposal acceptance
Assign Client IDs to clients as they are onboarded;
ensure Client IDs are input into key systems and ensure information is accurate and consistent across all assigned systems. (Karbon, Ignition, QBO, Axcess and others)
Create and manage Sharepoint folders for clients.
IT Support (1-2 hours per week)
Internal point of contact for IT related matters;
escalate to IT partner as needed
Manage IT equipment inventory and storage, including laptops, monitors, cables, etc.
Provide IT support for onboarding and off-boarding employees e.G. order new equipment, wipe and restore equipment, etc.
Monitor email Defender and quarantine folder for false quarantined messages.
