Job Description
Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Use configuration management tools to streamline server management and
Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Leverage scripting and orchestration frameworks to automate server
Provisioning.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade scripts for system management and automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage
Server deployments.
- Design, create and maintain golden images for Windows Server and RedHat
Enterprise Linux.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SNMP,
TCP/IP, and WINS
- Perform server administration task;
research event-log warnings and errors;
and
Monitor resources to ensure
That systems architect components work together seamlessly.
- Assist the server owners and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root
Causes and provide technical
Support when needed.
- Responsible for configuring two Windows 2019, 2022 Core physical servers and
Five virtual Servers (3 Windows
VMs and 2 Linux VMs) per site. These servers provide infrastructure for Server
Operations, NOC, SCCM, EMS and
Security teams.
- To configure the Remote Access Card in both servers, configure Active
Directory, and DNS resource records
Validation.
- Work experience with Windows Server configuration and management and
Strong PowerShell scripting
Experience.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade scripts for system management and automation.
