Sigma Defense is seeking a Systems Administrator/Account Manager to work in DAFcloud Works AWS and Azure environments helping to manage user accounts. Duties will be split between existing AWS network and standing up new Azure environment with a new team. The hired candidate must interested in working across two different cloud environments, one that is already established and one that will be built from the ground up.

Requirements
8+ years of related experience with CCSP and Security+ certifications.
Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineering experience.
JIRA and Gitlab experience.
Capable of troubleshooting cloud-based errors from a vague errors through reporting results in a concise manner.
Capable of talking through technical details with both technical and non-technical customers in a way that each can understand.
A proven track record of working well in diverse team environments where communication is frequent.
Able to think between the lines.
Experience with Full Motion Video (FMV) solutions and their integration within cloud environments is a plus.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess an active, DoD issued Top-Secret security clearance or higher. This position requires a TS/SCI level clearance. A TS/SCI clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Create and provision accounts on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Maintain and update account infrastructure.
Respond to and create action tickets.
Knowledgeable on the core AWS &
Azure services related to permissions and networking and how they interact.
Manage and maintain VPN configurations and ensure secure remote access across the organization's cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve VPN-related issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $140,000 annually.
