Our team, in conjunction with our Global People partners, brings the strategy to life through people alignment.
This person will participate directly in organization design engagements across the globe, help manage frameworks for assessing key organizational metrics, and prepare analysis and information for organization design reviews.
In this role, you will:
Participate in organization design projects, assisting in the development of organizational capabilities, operating models, and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy.
Partner with team leaders to review current organizational structures and measures;
build plans to support necessary changes.
Prepare presentations and other communications materials for an executive audience
Support senior leaders in organizational changes, providing process support and tools that facilitate an initiative-taking development of organizational capabilities.
Assist Managers with project planning. Track status and deliverables on assigned projects.
Develop centralized tools and resources used on organization design projects.
Stay up-to-date and informed on trends and innovations in organization design. Propose new designs, tools, and methods that will help position the organization to grow.
