FNCAC is a statewide nonprofit membership organization that supports the sustainability, enhancement, and development of Children’s Advocacy Centers in Florida. To facilitate the mission of the FNCAC by working with the Executive Director, Board of Directors and FNCAC staff, the SPA will help lead the administration and programmatic priorities of the Florida Network of CACs. The Statewide Program Administrator (SPA) is a full-time, remote, position responsible for supporting the programmatic and administrative functions of the FNCAC. The SPA will collaborate directly with the Executive Director and FNCAC’s Board of Directors to strategically implement FNCACs program goals and objectives.
Responsibilities/Task:

Serve as an expert at the local, state, and national level on issues pertaining to child abuse/victimization, best practices, and other issues pertaining to the field of Child Advocacy.
Provide training and technical assistance to member CACs, multidisciplinary team partners, and other stakeholders to promote the efficacy, growth, and sustainability of the CAC Model in our state.
Collaborate with FNCAC's BOD and Membership to develop, review, and implement the annual Legislative Advocacy plan for Florida's CACs.
Work with committees of the BOD (Board of Directors), Regional CACs, and NCA to increase Chapter capacity and address statewide initiatives
Promotes the development of CAC services to underserved communities in Florida;
Promotes the mission of FNCAC and the CAC model through information booths and/or appearances at local presentations, conferences, and seminars;
Responsible for grant/funder reporting in partnership with the Finance Department;
Review all financial plans and budgets;
monitor progress and changes in partnership with the ED and Finance Department
Coordinate the annual audit process and proper filing of tax returns, liaise with Finance Department, external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors;
Ensure internal controls are being followed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Have held a leadership position at a Child Advocacy Center, Child Protection Team or a multidisciplinary partner agency;
· Possess strong leadership and problem solving skills;
· Experience managing budgets and/or federal and state grants
· Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in social services, criminal justice or related field
