We are seeking a Staff Accountant who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, reporting and analysis across our global business, in addition to process improvement initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute general ledger and period end activities including journal entry posting, trial balance review, accruals, deferrals, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis.
Manage accounting operations such as cash, banking, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses and taxes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions and balances.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Analyze and report on monthly results.
Document existing controls, processes, and workflows. Propose enhancements to accounting processes and workflows.
Provide data for entity-level and consolidated operating budget development.
Prepare materials for management presentations and events.
Assist in audit schedule preparation and analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
Contribute to special projects aimed at improving process efficiency and performance.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance.
Experience in corporate or public accounting.
Sound understanding of US GAAP and exposure to IFRS.
Preference for candidates with experience in across multiple locations and countries
Client relationship management abilities with effective communication across functions and geographies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with the finance and operational teams onsite four days per week.
