Software Quality Assurance Analyst I, Ii, Or Iii (Depending On Experience)

Job Description
As part of the Software Quality Assurance team, the Software Quality Assurance Analyst I executes manual test cases, performing functional, smoke (confidence) and regression testing throughout the product iteration to identify and report defects. This position is also responsible for deriving test cases from product requirements, performing risk analysis to determine test case priority and focused testing efforts. The SQA Analyst I will work closely with other analysts to establish and improve quality assurance standards, processes and procedures. This position will execute manual test cases across varying configurations including browsers and mobile devices. The result will enable Ent to more reliably and predictably deliver quality software to meet the objectives of the business. This resource will work primarily on agile teams with scrum masters, product owners, software developers and other SQA analysts.
Essential Functions
Test Execution:
Executes test cases. Conducts experienced based and Ad Hoc testing.
Test Development:
Identifies, authors, prioritizes and maintains test cases derived from product requirements and specifications.
Defect Reporting/Tracking:
Identifies and reports detailed project defects.
Production Deployment:
Conducts post deployment testing and change verification. Approves and communicates the status of production release(s).
Uses various means to troubleshoot technical concerns and researches possible solutions.
Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Assists in the execution of performance, stress and load testing
