Job Description
We are seeing a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager for B2B Web Content to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the overall B2B Web content approach across product marketing to increase customer awareness and consideration of Visa’s B2B product offerings and to harness this engagement into sales demand and pipeline.
Essential Functions
Your job scope will require that you:
Develop the strategy and define best practices for B2B Web Content to accomplish business objectives (e.G., best ways to represent complex technology products to technical customers, best ways to introduce and update new product enhancements, best ways to create customer engagement in a web experience, best ways to generate customer demand from engagement, best ways to extend reach through social media program)
Create and orchestrate a regular B2B Web Content process to showcase Visa B2B product suite and allow for timely updates related to new products or new customer messages.
Collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders across marketing, and product management to ensure product content is created, impact is measured, and the process is improved.
Mentor and coach marketing managers across the marketing organization to improve team proficiency at generating amazing B2B Web content.
In this role, you will report to the VP of Global Product Marketing, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that marketing delivers a steady stream of impactful product detail and customer adoption content to inform customers and create sales momentum. You will design and create the content program, mobilize cross-functional peers to implement and then oversee regular program enhancements and expansion to develop a world class capability for Visa.
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B Web content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Create compelling best practices for creating B2B Web content to influence customer education, consideration and to drive engagement through incorporating product details, white papers, case studies, blogs, and social media posts. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the company's brand voice and style guide. Measure and analyze Web content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content strategy. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our product launch content remains differentiated, relevant, and effective. Know and understand Visa clients better than they know themselves, including what they need and how they make their buying decisions. Understand the customer buying journey for various product families to incorporate the right Web content to influence consideration, engagement and to create demand for the sales process. Providing an expert perspective on B2B Web content and social media with a strong point of view on what is possible and what is required.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, B2B Web Content will play a crucial role in Visa’s success by creating a regular stream of B2B Web Content that will influence customer discovery, consideration and demand to create marketing influenced sales pipeline. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
