As aSenior Financial Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with Partner Teams and fellow Advisors, tackling unique client situations head-on. From investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings to tax and estate planning, your expertise will make a difference. Essential Responsibilities
Workclosely with the Partner teams and serveas subject matter expert to the firm on all aspects of Family CFO business
Keep Partner informed on team and client issues
Leadclient meetings including first interviews, confidential fact-finding, financial action plans, implementation meetings, and reviews
Prepare and/or review financial action plans and projections put together by team members
Facilitateservices for client including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies
Developand sourcenew business with prospect and referral pipeline
Participatein testing new technologies for the firm and applycomplex testing skills utilizing financial planning expertise
Helpto lead firm and team in strategic planning discussions and executevision
Assistteam to enhance training and deliver absorbable reporting to the client
Teachsystems knowledge and efficiency within Moneta University learning management platform
Collaboratewith the Partner to carry out marketing and business development opportunities
Participatein Moneta Executive Mentorship program as well as provides coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
Conductannual performance appraisals for direct reports
Assistin interviewing and hiring of team members
Championteam vision and leadby example
Travel as necessary to meet with clients
Commitmentto ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters
