Senior Environmental Scientist

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Senior Environmental Scientist to provide air quality compliance services to our Department of Defense (DOD) clients. This individual will be a member of our EHS &
Air Environment team. This is a remote based position.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Research, review, and analyze air quality policies and regulations.
Develop permit application packages and supporting documentation.
Work with regulators for permit revisions and development.
Prepare and review Air Quality Management Plans, which communicate all regulations affecting the management of air emission sources at a facility.
Review and assess compliance methodologies employed at a facility and provide feedback and creative solutions to reduce the overall risk of non-compliance.
Mentor and supervise junior staff while managing tasks of varying sizes and complexity.
