Overview:
The Partnership Event Marketing Senior Coordinator will support the Partnership Event Marketing team and liaise with local sales teams in activating and tracking partnership hospitality.

How you'll make an impact:
Support the partnership marketing team in the successful activation of sports and entertainment partnerships
Serve as the primary contact for sourcing and managing ticket and hospitality requests, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Oversee the allocation and distribution of tickets across the partnership portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and stakeholder satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver concise, high-quality executive briefs summarizing key information, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Communicate effectively across different markets and levels of the organization to track partnership asset usage
Collaborate with local ticket administrators to ensure the accuracy and timely updates of ticket usage data.
Handle multiple projects at any given time

About you:
Required:

Associate's degree and 1 year related experience required.

Highly Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
Experience in sports marketing or related industry
Experience in corporate partnerships highly preferred
Familiarity with various sports leagues and sports trends a plus
Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
Salesforce experience

Work Traits:

Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies
Ability to work independently while being able to establish strong working relationships with a network of internal and external professionals
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and partners
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Computer savvy;
proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative, and Smartsheet a plus
