Senior Accounting Manager

Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**

Intro:

As a Senior Accounting Manager at Leanor Financial Services, LLP, you will play an integral role in providing quality tax services to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, leading onboarding of new client relationships, and leading month end close. This is a full-time, remote position.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage list of ‘Contract CFO’ client relationships.
  
• Lead month-end close, review financials in detail, compile and send to clients with insights and direction
  
• Lead onboarding of new client relationships
  
• Coordinate with client and tax team on figures for returns, estimates, etc.
  
• Diagnose process issues and proactively work to resolve

• Superior attention to detail
  
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  
• CPA preferred but not required
  
• Strong QuickBooks skills
  
• Strong Excel skills
  
• Ability to communicate timely, clearly and professionally with clients
  
• Ability to manage team members and multiple projects meeting all deadlines

  $90K - $110K (based on experience)
