Sample Accessioning Representative

Job Description
Sample Accessioning Representatives provide clients with outstanding service by performing timely and accurate sample processing. Representatives are responsible for opening samples, comparing information, addressing concerns, solving problems, and entering client data correctly into the Laboratory Information System, to ensure that every case is successfully completed, and every client satisfied. Sample Accessioning Representatives must have excellent data entry skills, be detail oriented and organized. This role is multi-tasked and flexible and having the ability to prioritize work is essential.

Monday-Friday 9:
00am-5:
30pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Coordinating and providing service that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
Handling case assignments, review case progress and determine case closure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborate and work effectively with others
Results driven - able to maintain and sustain company goals
Intake of packages received daily
Verifies package integrity and chain of custody requirements
Identifies complete and partial cases
Data Entry/Audit of all patient and contract information
Prepare Affidavits
Notarization (limited)
Close and mailing of final reports, chain of custody and affidavits
Input partial billing information
Meet weekly required production numbers
Attend and participate in staff meetings
Other duties as assigned or become evident
