Sales Operations Associate

Job Description
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for entering data and researching opportunities for the IDIQ sales organization. They work closely with sales and account management to ensure quality data is input into the system and assist with various projects as they arise. They take a hands-on approach to perform the role, working directly with frontline individuals, leaders, and all applicable applications. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Client Satisfaction – The direct client of the Sales Operations Services department is the IDIQ sales team. The Sales Operations Services team is responsible to assure that the sales teams are satisfied with the overall department direction and performance results in so much as they are helping support the success of IDIQ sales.
Research – Research and evaluate (using provided specifications) various lead generation sources for the sales team.
Data Entry - Input and modify existing data as assigned such as information impacting sales commissions, contact information and other proprietary or sensitive information.
Collaboration - Participate as assigned with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for projects impacting the sales team.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
