Marketing Associate with experience in wholesale and developing marketing campaigns.
The Sales &
Marketing Associate works within the Sales &
Marketing department tohelp drive the goals of the Sales &
Marketing team. You will manage various social media platforms and assist with email marketing campaigns. You will work to create reports for merchandise as well as maintaining the company website and online ordering system. You will assist in attracting new wholesale customers as well maintaining the relationships with existing customers.
Essential Job Functions
Assist in research and development activities, contributing to innovation and product development
Collaborate on special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales &
Marketing
Assist with project management/execution
Create compelling sales proposals to attract potential clients
Assist in marketing on online platforms including email marketing and social media
Create engaging email marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize sales on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Develop and distribute newsletters and email blasts to customers
Monitor website and update website inventory, adding new products as needed
Creating and running purchasing and sales reporting for merchandise
Use SEO analytics and action to promote the website and the brand

Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing preferred
At least five (5) years of relevant experience working in a similar role required
Skills/Qualifications
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently while regularly meeting deadlines
Experience in Canva, Illustrator, and/or other graphic design tools
Experience working with various social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Helpful to have experience with Shopify and/or Toast POS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
Working Conditions &
Physical Demands
Able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time on occasion
Mix of standard office, manufacturing, and retail store environments
Travel Required:
10% to 15% of the time between in and out-of-state locations
