Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with elderly residents and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during night shifts
Monitor residents' health status and document any changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
