Job Description
This key position is part of the Regional EHSQ Department, with personal reporting to the Regional EHS Manager, and professional Report to the Head of Corporate Process Safety &
Risk Assessment
- Collaborate with the global PS&
RM function in implementing PS&
RM within Sika
. - Ensures consistency and effectiveness of process safety and risk management in Region America
. - Monitor the status of PHA, Explosion Protection and Fire Prevention concepts within the region. - Exchanges experiences, develop and improve best practices in incident prevention
. - Ensures appropriate application of Sika methodologies. - Guides and supports assessment teams in proper risk evaluation and selection of appropriate safeguards. - Provides expert input to the development of safety concepts. - Provides process safety training in the Region.
- Participates in major process safety incident investigations and guides investigation team in determination of adequate corrective actions.
