As the Change Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Procure to Pay training and change management activities, coordinated large scale training initiatives across the US and Canada, implementing a continuous training program for all Procurement systems, and acting as a supplier liaison on behalf of Procurement.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Lead change management activities that include drafting and disseminating broad communications and training activities for Procurement related initiatives that may impact thousands of GXO employees in the US &
    Canada
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive and develop an overall P2P Change Management strategy, process, approach, and playbook for GXO
  • Plan and deliver change management projects related to P2P programs in the US &
    Canada
  • Ensure visibility of change management projects and keep leadership up to date on progress, risks and known issues
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the change management program and implement improvement strategies
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional workshops and team meetings efficiently and optimally to identify, plan, and implement change initiatives with the ability to connect dots and influence key decisions
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training strategies and programs for over 1500 GXO end users that regularly use Procurement systems
  • Interface with over 3,000 suppliers to help educate them on GXO's Procure-To-Pay requirements and lead campaigns to increase supplier enablement
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of training initiatives on the organization
  • Provide ad-hoc training to employees on process-related issues, track and escalate non-compliance matters to Region management and leadership as needed.
  • Consult with P2P team and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop learning solutions to meet those needs
  • Host live classroom, virtual, recorded, and on-site training sessions
  • Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education
  • Present training opportunities, gaps, and results to executive level leaders

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training or change management role, specifically systems related
  • Strong organization, prioritization, team-work and communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to tailor message to the target audience
  • Prior experience leading large scale end user training programs specifically systems related
  • Prior experience with identifying learning needs and developing learning interventions
  • Prior experience with drafting enterprise wide communications and understanding stakeholder impact
  • Ability to travel 15% domestically

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Oracle Fusion experience
  • Understanding of End to End Procure-to-Pay Process
  • SharePoint Setup and Maintenance Experience
