Regional Analyst

Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a skilled Regional Analyst to support DTRA's Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP) in Springfield, VA. This role involves collaborating with client Program Managers (PMs) and other advisory personnel to implement BTRP priorities effectively. The Regional Analyst ensures high-quality and timely deliverables, providing comprehensive project management, financial management, and strategic advisory services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with government counterparts on project and financial management.
Develop and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
Facilitate regular communication and coordination with government and external stakeholders.
Provide expertise in policy and strategy discussions, supporting interagency and international engagements.
Assist in drafting and finalizing acquisition materials and project documentation.
Support development of strategic documents, including the OBP Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
Prepare and present materials for Program Management Reviews and other key meetings.
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to support the implementation of BTRP policies and strategies.
Travel internationally as needed to support the BTRP mission.
