Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with sellers and buyers to understand their needs and preferences
Market listings effectively to attract potential buyers
Guide clients through the process of selling or purchasing properties
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on real estate market trends
Negotiate and facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers
Requirements

Previous experience as a Realtor or in a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction
Proficient in using real estate databases and software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
