As a Realtor, you will be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the entire real estate process. Responsibilities
Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the best terms and prices
Understand and evaluate clients' desires and financial capabilities to suggest suitable solutions
Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings of available properties
Prepare necessary paperwork for contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, and other transactions
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Friendly and approachable personality
Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
