At our Westport office, we are currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in connecting sellers and buyers, marketing listings, and providing guidance throughout the real estate process. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities
Market and promote properties through various channels, including advertisements and open houses
Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately and negotiating the best terms for their sales or purchases
Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office and real estate listing services
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old
