Responsibilities
Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best terms and price
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Show and market real property to potential buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
Requirements

Demonstrated track record of successful sales
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years of age or older
