Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers for successful property marketing and purchase transactions.
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions.
Facilitate negotiations, ensuring a fair and honest dealing, while consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.
Effectively display and market real properties to attract potential buyers.
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of success.
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Office.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be 18 years or older.
